Oracle 11g Patch set apply :---Patch 12827726 - 11.2.0.2.4 Patch Set

After applying the patch set (11.2.0.2.4 Patch Set )on 11.2.0.0 the Oracle Version still shows the old one when querying from v$version though the Opatch got no errors. opatch -lsinventory shows it got applied.
Is there something wrong ?

The PSU does not update the 5th digit of the version. Please see
