Adobe Reader Freezing on PDF Open

We have an issue with a Domain based Windows 7 client where Adobe Reader 9 crashes when a PDF is opened.  It displays the first page and then freezes.  Any ideas!!  
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issue.  I

If I delete the following folder it works once then back to crashing everytime after.

Adobe X isnt compatible with other software we use.
Also, I would check the Eventviewer under Application.  It should show some evidence of why it crashed.
Any luck finding a record in the Eventviewer of the incident?

In the end Adobe X seems ok and the problem has resolved itself.
