Microsoft Word 2010 when I do a mail merge, then print but choose print a custom range it will not print the selected pages

Hi everyone-  In Microsoft Word 2010 when I do a mail merge, then print but choose print a custom range it will not print the selected pages rather something completely different.  As an example if I was to choose to print page 3 and 5 I'd do 3,5 but when it prints I get one page of something completely different.

I read online about how it maybe broken up into sections like 3s1, 5s1, etc but that didn't work either and if that truly is it would anyone know how to show what section the pages are in because if you are to scroll thru the complte document the pages match to what page you are on.

Thank you in advance!
