export outlook contacts in vcard format to import on to apple iCloud
All, I am trying to "easily" import my wife's Outlook contacts in to iCloud.
Using the sync with the computer Windows contacts doesn't work as it starts to create a whole load of duplicates on the iPad. Logging on to the iCloud Website and inserting contacts there is an option, but it wants to import cVard format files.
How can I export the Outlook contacts in vCard format, it doesn't appear to be an option.
I really do not want to have to manually type 200+ contacts in to my wife's suprise Xmas gift - help please

Hi there, thanks for the feed back, it partially helped, however, I couldn't really get the online version to convert the input file very well.
I went to this site instead, which did a far better job.

Export your Outlook contacts using Tab delimeted, then convert to VCF using the above link, save the resulting file to then import in to your iCloud contacts. Whilst it doesn't do a 100% job, it has saved me masses amounts of time and effort.
Thanks for the initial hint, it was clearly enough to get me thinking.
Cheers
