Unable to open a disk of the virtual machine error when backing up VMs using backup exec 2010 R3 SP1
we have a VMware infrastructure and a backup exec server. before migrating to vcenter 5, all the backups was done successfully, but after moving hosts to vcenter 5 and changing backup exec settings to connect to the new vcenter server, the errors below shown when i want to backup a virtual machine.

I installed the latest SP1 and it mentioned it will work on vcenter 5. I, also, disabeld SAN transport mode, but nothing has been changed.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
