Exchange server problem - hitting 75 Gig limit

Hello,

I am getting the following error:

Exchange store 'First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (DEMETER)': The logical size of this database (the logical size equals the physical size of the .edb file and the .stm file minus the logical free space in each) is 75 GB. This database size has exceeded the size limit of 75 GB.

Originally I had Exchange Server 2003 Standard. I upgraded to 2003 Enterprise in order to not have a problem with this limit.

However, some sort of step must have been overlooked. Does anyone know how to fix this? My understanding is that the limit for Exchange server 2003 Enterprise edition is much higher than 75 Gig.

Thanks in advance.

Check the limit value of your database in the registery.

I have the following registry key set when I was just standard edition:

Database Size Limit in GB at 75GB

Do you know if this key is still required with Enterprise edition?

We only have one store.

Thanks,

Mark

If you have enterprise edition change the value of the registery to have more space.
