iMessage and FaceTime not working iPad 2

I have a iPhone 4s and iPad 2. iMessage and FaceTime work on the iPhone.

When I go to activate on iPad two I login in goes to verify and then goes back o login

I tried a new email address setting up new account till does not work please help

Connect your iPad to iTunes using the provided sync/USB cable.  Click on the iPad in the source column of iTunes (where it says "Devices") and then click on the Summary pane.

Click on the button marked "Update" - if iTunes reports that you are at the latest version, let us know and we can decide what to do from there.
Are you running the latest isolation on the pad? sometimes you need to restore then as new device to get it to work.
