<drive>:\Exchsrvr\<server>.log>grep <email id> <log file name>.log >resultfile.txt

<drive> is drive name eg: c:\
<server> is server name
eg: d:\exchservr\mat01.log>grep 20080724.log >resultfile.txt

Note: Ensure that you have grep.exe and win32gnu.dll in the directory where you are running.The output of the above command will be as in the attached file. We can know all the details (Sender and Receiver IP, Subject, Time)
