Can you be more explicit with your question? Download what file? There has never been a version of Excel that did include the Word object library.

Hi Kevin,

When I check the reference in my excel, the refereed Object has been missing, do I need to install this missing file? Attached the print screen of it.

You are trying to open a workbook that was created using Office 2010 and is using a reference to the Word 2010 object library. The author of the workbook did not take into account that users might have earlier versions of Excel.

You can contact the author of the workbook and suggest that they use late binding (not include a reference to the Word object library) which is the preferred method, or reference the Word 12.0 or earlier object library. Excel can automatically push the reference to later versions, but not earlier versions.

Another option is to upgrade to Office 2010.

But you can't just install the Word 2010 object library. It's not legal. And, even if you had it, installing it is not a trivial task.
