I am new to trouble shooting Exchange 2010 issues. I am receiving reports of people getting delayed delivery messages and some delivery failed. I am unsure of how to track down where the issue is and how to correct this, any help is greatly appreciated.
This is a 2008 R2 server.
Below is a message I received of a delivery failure.
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk.
