I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Click on the File tab (Backstage View) of the Ribbon and then on Options and then on Display and under the Printing options section of the dialog, check the box for "Print drawings created in Word".   You might need to check the "Print background colors and images"

Did you check the options that I posted earlier?
0
David BruggeCommented:
Are you referring to wanting the output 17 x 11? This is done when you print. Open the PDF, then go to "page setup" and select the orientation and output size that you want, and print.

I'm guessing that there is something wrong with either your workflow or your print driver. You should be able to open the PDF that I made with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. You can print directly from either one.
The programs interact with your print driver, which gives you the print options. What printer are you using?
