Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

go to start | run | and type "msconfig"

in the startup tab, remove the check next to the mentioned one.

1. check if there is some process scheduled to run when window starts up.
2. if 1 doesnt give solution check if there are any services which starts up automatically. if you find any suspicious service, please stop/disable it.

from your hijack this log

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fqfxaj] rundll32 C:\Documents and Settings\DeCeglie Computer\Application Data\Microsoft\Protect\hkun.c, pcxp

I have no idea what it is but it's causing  "Error loading C:\Documents
the problem is the missing quotes around a path with spaces in it.
I'm guessing whatever created this line was probably badly written malware.

P.S.
Is your machine running slow ?
you seem to have a lot of stuff running the problem with developers today is the get pushed by marketing departments and other pressures to make their apps start up quickly so what they do is add stuff when windows is starting little helper apps this wouldn't be so bad if it was just one company doing it but they all are now as well as updater apps your machine must take an age to boot.

P.P.S.
The free toolbars that companies give you isn't because they are nice and like to give things away these toolbars monitor everything you do on the net and report back so they can sell this info.

I always remove anything from google/yahoo or any of the other online spy's also anything with updater/update or helper in there name my machine runs a lot faster.
