iPhone 4s leave mail on server option for Exchange account

Is it true that with an iPhone 4s and Exchange 2010 you no longer have the choice to "leave mail on server" as in other iPone versions?

Thanks in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you setup your iPhone with an Exchange account, then the iPhone will sync what is on the server, so if you delete an email from the iPhone, it will delete it from Exchange.  There is no way to not have it happen this way and never was.

Leaving a copy on the server suggests that you are using SMTP / POP3 which if you have an iPhone would not be the most efficient way to configure an email account.
