Upgrading Exchange 2007 SP1 to SP3 when Exchange 2007 sp1 server in child domain
Hi
I need to upgrade a single Exchange 2007 SP1 system to SP3.
I understand i need to run setup /prepareschema 32bit on my schema master in the parent domain.
But do i also need to run setup/prepareAD and setup /preparedomain in the parent domain and the child domain?

You must prepare Active Directory and each domain before you perform the first installation of Exchange 2007 SP3 in an organization.
As there are schema changes for attributes that are part of Exchange (Although most are UM) you may run into issues if you don't, such as routing of mail between domains.
