expected e-mails are delayed

I have 2 domains that are unable to get e-mail through to us, they both get the following delayed message. Oddly enough both are using pefora.net as a mailer-daemon. We are receiving e-mail fine except for 2 domains. Here is the syntax of one of the delayed messages:

-----Original Message-----From: Mail Delivery System [mailto:mailer-daemon@domain.net] Sent: Saturday, December 17, 2011 2:14 PMTo: giovanna@domain.caSubject: Warning: message delayed 24 hours This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more ofits recipients after 24 hours. "The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you are sending mail from  giovanna@domain.ca to tunderwood@domain2.ca after mail has been sent you received mail from delay deliverymail from  Mail Delivery System [mailto:mailer-daemon@domain.net]

it means you are using mrelay.perfora.net as your smart host. Right ?
if I am right then there is nothing to do with your exchange server because your exchange is sending mail to the smarthost but smarthost is not able to deliver it to the recipient so please contact with your mrealy.perfora.net administrator and ask them about this issue. I believe they are the only person who can check and solve the issue at their end.
