Outlook 2010 64bit and iPhone 4S iOS 5.0.1 -- Conflict Message in Outlook

Hello Experts,

Since I switched from blackberry to iPhone recently, I've started to notice that I get the "Conflict Message: Conflicting edits were made to this item. Open the item to resolve this conflict." message in almost every other message I reply from Outlook. I must note that I haven't opened the replied message at all from my iPhone.

Has anyone seen this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you replicate this consistently?

If you can, try this: turn off your iPhone and see if you can still replicate the problem.

Then, send yourself a couple of emails from a different email account and try replying to both of those emails. See if the problem still occurs.

If it does, in both cases above, then the iPhone is not the problem and something else is.

If the error message doesn't popup, then turn your iPhone back on and try to replicate it again.

Report back and let us know what you find.

I was my old Blackberry account that hadn't been removed from the BES server.
Once removed, even the conflict-flagged messages in my Outlook got "cleaned up".
