Flex 4.6 Module Loader Scroll bars

Please Help!

I am trying to break a large web application into modules, but i have ran into an issue,

Using the code below, the ModuleLoader height is varible and could be as low as 500px tall or as tall as 1000px.

The problem is content.swf is set static with a height of 800px, and when the ModuleLoader's height is less than the content, the content spills out of the moduleLoader rather than displaying a scroll bar and containg content.swf within the moduleLoader is there a
easier / better way to do this?
<s:ModuleLoader id="myLoader" left="10" right="10" top="85" bottom="5" url="content.swf"/>

Why you cannot set precent width and height 100% in content.mxml?

I just tried that, but the componets inside content.mxml require a height of  800px, if i set the height to 100% the content still spills out of the module loader rather than being contained

The image shows the moduleLoader ( Large White rectangle with rounded corner ) and the content.mxml is the web links. "This is just an example" but notice how the the third weblinks goes out of the module and off screen. Screen of website

I fixed my issue, I wrapped my content.mxml in a Scroller
<s:Scroller>
<s:Group>
<!-- All My Visual Content -->
</s:Group>
</s:Scroller>
