Insert Into Syntax in Access

I am trying to grab insert checklist items into a table (tbl_project_items). The Project ID should be written into every row along with a checklistItemID with certain criteria. Not Complete should be written to all rows as well.
Any help?
INSERT INTO tbl_project_items(ProjectID, ChecklistItemID, Status) SELECT ' "2010010" , "ChecklistItemID FROM tbl_checklist_items WHERE checklist = '3'AND ProjType LIKE("*2*")", "Not Complete"';

Try this, making a backup first:

INSERT INTO tbl_project_items(ProjectID, ChecklistItemID, Status) SELECT "2010010" , [ChecklistItemID],"Not COmplete" FROM tbl_checklist_items WHERE checklist = '3' AND ProjType LIKE "*2*";

Or if CheckList is numeric:

INSERT INTO tbl_project_items(ProjectID, ChecklistItemID, Status)
SELECT "2010010" , [ChecklistItemID],"Not COmplete" FROM tbl_checklist_items WHERE checklist = 3 AND ProjType LIKE "*2*";
