Does Isolated Storage have to be restricted to a user?
I'm a little unclear.
Most of the articles I've googled say yes, users cannot share isolated storage files, but not all. If it is always by user, why would they include "user" as one of the scope enumerations? What effect does it have? What happens if you use GetMachineStoreForApplicat
