Cisco AP 1142 interface status is "RESET"

All,

We recently bought Cisco 1142 AP,  i tried configuring AP for WPA2 but did some mistakes. So erased config using "Reset to Factory settings" button thru web. After reboot status of Cisco AP is "RESET". This happened to second AP, not sure what is going on. When google couldn't find much, hence tried Cisco output interpreter, didn't help much. At some point, i read this is a H/W issue but I doubt.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The interface will be in reset state if it has no configuration, or if it is configured as a non-root bridge which is not associated to a root.

If you try configuring the AP using the following template you should see both radio interfaces come UP/UP within 30-40secs...
