I'm sorry I guess I wasn't clear enough in my original post. &nbsp;When I add a button to my Customize Ribbon, I want the Symbol to be one of my icons so the buttons on the Ribbon will be more appropriate with the function of the button. &nbsp;I don't want to select a generic icon from the Rename/Symbol list. &nbsp;<br />

I was able to do this in Word 2010 using the Custom UI Editor, but can't figure out how to apply that to Outlook 2010.<br />

I'm not looking to add pictures to my contacts or to active directory.<br />

In Word 2010 I was able customize the Fluent Ribbon and add my own Images to the Ribbon using the Custom UI Editor.

I cannot figure out how to do this in Outlook 2010.  

Note I do not have Visual Studio.
