Add my own Images to the Outlook 2010 Ribbon

We have Office 2010, therefore we have Outlook 2010.

In Word 2010 I was able customize the Fluent Ribbon and add my own Images to the Ribbon using the Custom UI Editor.

I cannot figure out how to do this in Outlook 2010.

Note I do not have Visual Studio.

Can anyone help me with this.

Thanks!

I'm sorry I guess I wasn't clear enough in my original post.  When I add a button to my Customize Ribbon, I want the Symbol to be one of my icons so the buttons on the Ribbon will be more appropriate with the function of the button.  I don't want to select a generic icon from the Rename/Symbol list.

I was able to do this in Word 2010 using the Custom UI Editor, but can't figure out how to apply that to Outlook 2010.

I'm not looking to add pictures to my contacts or to active directory.

Thanks!
