Windows is unable to install to the selected location. Error: 0X80300001

I have just purchased a brand new IBM Server System X3500 M3.

It contains a Raid Controller ServerRaid M1015 and I have configured two RAID1 sets.
A "system disk" with 146GB and a "data disk" with 930 GB.

I boot from the Windows Server 2008R2 installation disk and load drivers manually for the M1015 controller.

After loading driver I am able to see both hard drives from the installation menu and partioning them.

I use the full capacity of the drives.
My problem is, that I can't install on neither of the harddrives??

It just says:
WINDOWS CANNOT BE INSTALLED TO DISK 1 PARTITION 3 (the primary partition)

If I press the "show details" it says:

WINDOWS IS UNABLE TO INSTALL TO THE SELECTED LOCATION. ERROR 0X80300001

I would check your drivers for the controller.  Even though you can see them in disk management doesn't mean you have the correct driver.  Was there no resource disk with the server?  Theres a similar thread when installing win 7 here:

It is a a disk driver and/or firmware issue.   With win2k8 you also have to make sure the controller firmware is current, and certain firmware revisions have constraints on drivers.   Just go to the IBM site and download latest drivers and also update controller firmware if it is dated.
