Federation questions
Hey all,
We have yet to jump into the waters of Federation and I have some questions that I believe I know the answers to but I want to make sure:
1. In order for the company we are federating with to be able to add a contact, that company must know that user's sip address and that user must be enbabled for federation via the External Access policy correct?
2. Am I also correct in assuming that there is no transitive properties of Federation ie. If company A federates with Company B and Company B federates with Company C then is it true that Company A CANNOT see or get to the contacts in Compnay C?
That is it,
Just thought I would make sure,
Thanks all
