I have an unusual problem. On an HP Laserjet 1300 B/W printer, the toner has stopped bonding to the paper. It prints, but smears as if it was wet. I've never seen this on a laser printer.<br />

The tomer was installed about a month ago and has been working fine.

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
