How do I configure management network redundancy on a host on ESXi 5.0?

I'm in the final stages of post configuration for a cluster using vSphere 5. Both ESXi Hosts are running 5.0.0. I configured the HA corrected and tested by copying around the VMs between the two hosts. However one host has an yellow exclamation point warning indicator with the error "This host currently has no management network redundancy" and "The number of vSphere HA heartbeat datastores for this host is 1, which is less than required: 2"  The other host only has the second warning.

I assumed this meant that I needed to add another VM kernel dedicated to management traffic to provide redundancy, that solution however didn't seem to help anything.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add another physical network interface, primary NIC, to vSwitch0, if that is where you management interface is on.

if you select the host, in vCenter, Configuration, Networking, as an example your vSwitch should have two physical NICs for redundancy.

It's only a warning, the message can be disabled!

If you select Properties of the vSwitch, Network adaptors, Add you can add another physical networking interface. But this does not stop HA, from working irt's just a warning you've only got 1 NIC, and you have no redundancy.
