Windows Server 2008 R2 Dual Nic

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Installation in my lab environment with dual nics and I would like to configure one nic as the inside (private network) and the other as an outside (public network). How would I go about setting this up so my traffic for my public network wouldn't travel to the live/public network and vice versa. I remember setting this up in Server 2003 with routing and remote access but I am failling to see that in Server 2008 R2. Thanks in advanced!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
