Adsense Finalized Earnings PROBLEM

I'd like to know if there is anyone else who has had a huge portion of their earnings taken back by Google, when they 'finalize' the estimated earnings at the end of the month.

Each month after google does their finalization of my estimated earnings, I realize they've been taking approx. 10% away.

This time, google reports the following (approx)

39,000 last month estimated earnings
33,000 next payment
-----------------------------------------------------
6,000 -15%

This IMO, is outrageous.

What can I do about this?

Anyone have this type of situation? and get it resolved by google?????

This is from their website...
Finalized earnings may be slightly lower than estimated earnings. Find out why.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi U_S_A,
Google spent huge effort in make sure the advertiser in adword campaign received their genuine clicks from the visitors. You can see how google trace invalid clicks here:
https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1348750

One of the reasons this is provided is for invalid clicks -- those generated by robots, automated clicking tools, and other deceptive software. Google prohibit this kind of bad behavior and that's why advertiser don't have to pay for these unfair clicks. All the fraud clicks will be refunded under service adjustment section in adword billing statement.

You can check with google adsense support team if you not satisfy with their finalization on your earning. They will investigate and let you know the answer directly. By the way, google customer service is pretty good. They can response your question instantly at  http://www.google.com/contact/
