How to move the ost file from one location to another without affecting the current outlook profile

For one of my users, outlook 2010 is configured and his emails are being downloaded to a location in the C drive. His free space is dangerously running low and I would like to move the ost file to the D drive which has more free space. Is there any way I can do this without having to recreate his profile again?

Thanks in advance,

go to "File" then "Settings", select the account and then "Change Folder" on the bottom.
You can browse another location, so you can choose another drive.
To be 100% sure just do a backup of the pst file before doing that operation.
