form not relaying all fields

I have a form. To position the fields, I have split the form elements into two divs.

For reasons that I don't undersand, it is only posting the results from the first div, "leftForm" Using print_r I only see the results in the first div.

Any ideas why?

I was using a new jquery module for the contact us file. The previous one automatically polled the code to find the form variables. This new code insists that they be hard coded into the jquery. So the problem wasn't with the code that I posted, it was with the jquery .js file on which it was dependent.

I fixed the jquery file and now it works.
