"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I use a single email account for the sending account and have that send to distributioin group as the group name by allowing authenticated relay (internal only!)

how you do that?

You can allow the mentioned server to to relay the e-mail message to the Exchange server and after that the server can send by any email name without authentication.

You can refer to the attached document to setup the relay for the mentioned server on the Exchange server.
