exchange configuration
i have a service on my network that send email for my helpdesk. the service use the automail account to send email. but it send email under the name of different account ( support_it,support_account ing,...). the problem is when the service is sending mail, exchange refuse to send from another account. to make it work, i have to give to support account the right to be send from automail. there is another way to do it.
I use a single email account for the sending account and have that send to distributioin group as the group name by allowing authenticated relay (internal only!)
