Excel Conditional Formatting Help

I have two columns H and I where dates will be entered. There will never be a date in column I without a date in column H.
I need the cells in column I to stay unformatted when there is no date in the corresponding H cell.
When there is a date in H and that date is more than 10 days ago, turn the cell in I "red".
If the cell in H is less than 10 days ago or if a date gets entered into I then turn from "red" to no color or no formatting.

I currently have two rules
Format cells that contain "no blanks" to no format
and
=(NETWORKDAYS(H1,TODAY())>10) applied to $I:$I

this all works except I cannot get the I cells to stay unformatted if H cells are empty. Thanks for the help.
