exchange 2007 need to allow any size of email from a particular user account

Hello, our phone system when it records a recorded call, depending how long the recorded call is, sometimes won't deliver the recorded message (the attached file) to the employees inbox because Exchange won't allow it if the file is over the set limits.  I've increased the entire organization users mailboxes to allow 20megs in/out for users but was wondering if I can adjust just 1 user's mail account (the pbx mail account) to be able to send an email of any size attachement to an employee without me having to adjust each employee's mailbox incoming size.  Would that be possible or would it still kick back since the employees have a 20 meg restriction of incoming?
