Exchange 2010 multi-tenant setup

Hi I have a couple of questions:

1- Can I use same license of Exchange 2010 for Exchange 2010 multi-tenant?

2- Can I configure Exchange 2010 in a high available mode in the multi-tenant setup ie I want to configure 2 CAS/HUB servers with 2 mailbox servers with a DAG configuration?

Thanks,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1 - Yes, the same licenses can be used for single or multi tenant.

2 - You can setup the multi tenant for HA, configuration just has to be done from Shell.  There are some really good walkthroughs on setting up multi tenant and ha available.  Been a while since i looked, but google should remember them :)
