Background display in a Server Remote connection

hi,

i am using server 2008.  i allowed an employee  to use my computer and she thought it funny to change my plain blue background.  she changed it to hot pink.....
when i right click and go to displays... it seems as though i could change it,,,,, but then i get the following...

i can not change the background and i get the following messages...

"“ Desktop Background is turned off during remote connections
To show the desktop background, open the Remote Desktop connection setting and select the desktop background check box. If you can’t change your setting, they might be managed by group policy. Contact your administrator for assistance.

i am an administrator on my system.... but i am not sure what to do.... I am really not a tech just a weekend ( and weekday ) warrior.

what is my fist step.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
