VMware VMotion compatibility

I have 2 servers one with cpu  Xeon E5520 and the other with cpu Xeon E5620\

Can I use the vmware vmotion between these 2 CPUs

Yes, you will be able to use VMware Vmotion between hosts with those CPUs as long as you have enabled Intel VT in the BIOS on both servers if it isn't already.
