VBA Select Sheet LIke

Im looking for a way to select a sheet that begins with a certain string of characters. Theres only one and the prefix is always the same "Pplsft", but there are variations of a date that can follow. I just want to select it based on knowing it begins with "Pplsft".

Thanks,
David

Dim wks As Worksheet
For a=1 To Worksheets.Count
  If Left(Sheets(a).Name, 6) = "Pplsft" Then
    wks = Sheets(a)
    Exit For
  End If

With that you can work with wks, like:

wks.Select
wks.Range("A1").Copy
.... etc...

Not in VBA... for use in a cell formula to reference the sheetname.

I have no idea how to do that with a cell formula. I'm not sure that Excel provides that natively, although you can create the above code as a function and use it in a formula.

1- Open a new related question (so experts can get a link to this question)
2- Ask for attention and have it reopened

#1 is more likely to get attention, though.
