How to select a line in a ListBox when in VBA Outlook

We have a ListBox that displays X lines.  The script is inVBA Outlook 2007.  We want that when the user double click a line, we can capture that lines contents within a variable in order to work with it.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Seems straight forward:

Create a global variable for example in  a normal module:

Option Explicit
Dim fred As Variant

IN the form place the snippet and then whenever you double click the listbox the currently selected line is assigned to fred.

Chris
Private Sub ListBox1_DblClick(ByVal Cancel As MSForms.ReturnBoolean)
    fred = Me.ListBox1.Text
End Sub
