"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've follow the steps in the link and it work fine.  But the sender is getting a reply also, which I do not want.

How I can make it so that the sender will not get the reply and my internal/external user will get the notification.
Just concentrating @ the "Folder Assistant" options, with the "Add Rule" i can see that the options are
a) return to sender
b) delete
c) reply with "Template"
d) forward "To"

So for your requirement, you can choose the options of forward-To  (you can have multiple email-address @ this To field)
