Can't see Acronis Vaults

I'm struggling with one of our installs of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced.

When I click on a Centralized Vault (Centralized-><VAULT>) I'm prompted for my domain creds (I'm running the AMS as a domain admin). Once that happens I can see the archives in the Vault.

However, sometimes I'm not prompted and the Vault is empty.

It's not very consistent and for obvious reasons is frustrating.

I'd like to have Acronis NOT ask for creds and to always use the user's creds that is running AMS when creating a restore job. Is that possible? And if not, how can I force Acronis to re-ask for my creds? At times it doesn't ask and simply shows the Vault as empty, which gives everybody a panic attack. :)
