Best bluetooth headset

I dont like the headsets that sit within the ear canal, my headsets always fall out. That said, I'm out of the loop on headsets. What is the best one (sound quality and durable, trouble free to use)?

My choise is Nokia BH-214. But this is the type you probably won't like, as they sit in ear canal.
On the 2nd place for me is Motorolla

I would recommend Sennheiser - they produce high-quality headphones: http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-PX210BT-Collapsible-Bluetooth-Headphones/dp/B002WB0PUK

I had a Sennheiser VMX100. It was a bluetooth that sort of clamps around the ear, and didn't go in the ear canal at all. It was trouble free and provided great sound quality, to me and my callers.

The only downside that I found was that it couldn't stand up to a laundry cycle when I left it in my pocket one time...

That would have made a great customer review if it did...
