Multimedia Controller Driver won't Install

Device Manager shows a yellow (?) flag on Multimedia Controller (pic below).

hp Mini 110-11 [p/n VF704AV] running WinXP Home SP3
original SSHD crashed - replaced with WD Scorpio Black SATA II drive
Added all drivers from hp Download page

I tested the Mini to my satisfaction that all hardware seems to work.  My final test was to install Skype and do a video call - it works fine!

What I've Tried
1. go in thru Device Manager, click on Reinstall Driver
2. run Microsoft/Windows Updates
3. search for VEN_14E4 & DEV_1612 and tried to install the Toshiba-supplied Realtek driver

Any ideas how to find the right driver or (if I have it) get a driver to install?

I did, but I retried the driver from the page for the hp link I mentioned at the top of this thread.  Then, I tried this one, above.

Still showing no driver installed for this device.  Even after reboots.

Bada Bing!  The XP driver [shown by MASQUERAID] installed and was recognized by Device Manager.

I had gone to the Broadcom page but did not see any link for the driver.  Thanks for weeding it out for me.
