how to access c$ on a windows 7 pc?
there is a Pc in another Building I need to copy some files for this End user, I access his pc with run-->ip of the pc-->username-->without password because no administrator password on the pc, it gives error, is it possible to access it ?

This is a permission problem.

On the target machine have a account created with password and have it added to Local administration Group.
On your own machine map a drive with the IP address \\x.x.x.x.\c$ with the computername\username and password from the target machine.
Open the mapped drive and try pasting your file.

That seems to be the issue as file share do not like blank passwords.
