Problem with Rotating images in Joomla with different browsers. FireFox works Internet Explorer and Google Chrome do not

I have a website I am working on and the Rotating Images are not displaying on every browser consistently. For...
www.sunriverservice.com.....the home page service page etc.
Firefox 8 every thing works just fine.
Internet Explorer 9 it only works if I turn on compatibility mode
Google Chrome I have not been able to get the images to rotate properly.

Is there a way to make the images rotate and work for any and all browsers or is this just wishful thinking....?

I have had a subscription to Rocketheme in the past but I let the 3 year subscription last due to budget cuts.
How do I get this file installed  roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js
Do I have to use Joomla to install this or do I just upload it to some file location on the server. Sorry I do all the content and design. The backend file management is done with another guy who is out for the next month on vacation from school......your thoughts.

I noticed that there was not a file to replace there with that same name.

I did upload the file but here is what I had when I finished the upload. See image.

I guess the big question is do I need to do anything else to the file or did I need to change something in the original .js file....?

Again there was not a file in this folder before called  roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js before prior to the upload.
Am I supposed to remove one of the other files in the image and leave  roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js.......?
Please advise. Thank you for your exceptional help.

It did something really weird.
If you look at the http://www.sunriverservice.com/
You will see all the images lined up not rotating. Like they should.
They are listed from top to bottom........?
Does RokSlideShow.....Do the same thing. I cannot even find RokNews Rotator on the pay for extensions. It is not listed. Does anyone have any other suggestions...?

I noticed since I was originally trying to use RokNewsRotator and downloaded Phoca Gallery. I found a video that shows the tool but wondered now does this mean I can no longer make the images rotate as before.....

Here is the link.....

Do you know if phoca gallery works like RobNewsRotator or would it be a combination of Joomla extensions. I am wondering if I have to download a bunch of stuff in order to get the same affect. Please advise and thank you.
