Problem with Rotating images in Joomla with different browsers. FireFox works Internet Explorer and Google Chrome do not

I have a website I am working on and the Rotating Images are not displaying on every browser consistently. For...
www.sunriverservice.com.....the home page service page etc.
Firefox 8 every thing works just fine.
Internet Explorer 9 it only works if I turn on compatibility mode
Google Chrome I have not been able to get the images to rotate properly.

Is there a way to make the images rotate and work for any and all browsers or is this just wishful thinking....?

I love the spaniel with the bowl :^)

It is surprising that you are having a problem with Chrome.  It is normally IE that causes problems.  The fact that you have to run in IE7 compatibility mode suggests that the template code has IE7 hacks in it an that may be what Chrome has a problem with.  Check to make sure you have the latest versions of the templates.  If you do then you should check with the producer of the templates to see if there are known issues with Chrome, and perhaps a work around.

I have had a subscription to Rocketheme in the past but I let the 3 year subscription last due to budget cuts.
How do I get this file installed  roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js
Do I have to use Joomla to install this or do I just upload it to some file location on the server. Sorry I do all the content and design. The backend file management is done with another guy who is out for the next month on vacation from school......your thoughts.

You have to replace file /modules/mod_roknewsrotator/mod_roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js ...Upload via FTP.

If problem still persist..I would advise to try other options
Other Optioins: Use Rokslidshow (http://www.rockettheme.com/extensions-joomla/rokslideshow)

 Yootheme's Widgetkit(http://www.yootheme.com/widgetkit)...http://www.yootheme.com/widgetkit/examples/slideshow

I noticed that there was not a file to replace there with that same name.

I did upload the file but here is what I had when I finished the upload. See image.

I guess the big question is do I need to do anything else to the file or did I need to change something in the original .js file....?

Again there was not a file in this folder before called  roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js before prior to the upload.
Am I supposed to remove one of the other files in the image and leave  roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js.......?
Please advise. Thank you for your exceptional help.

Try this..rename file roknewsrotator-packed.js to roknewsrotator-packed.-backup.js

and roknewsrotator-mt1.2.js to roknewsrotator-packed.js

It did something really weird.
If you look at the http://www.sunriverservice.com/
You will see all the images lined up not rotating. Like they should.
They are listed from top to bottom........?

I noticed since I was originally trying to use RokNewsRotator and downloaded Phoca Gallery. I found a video that shows the tool but wondered now does this mean I can no longer make the images rotate as before.....

Here is the link.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkVQzxARwzY

Do you know if phoca gallery works like RobNewsRotator or would it be a combination of Joomla extensions. I am wondering if I have to download a bunch of stuff in order to get the same affect. Please advise and thank you.

Phoca Gallery is  Gallery(or album)..its not a image rotator...use...

1)Yootheme widgetkit(free)
2)Rokslideshow(free)
3)FrontPage SLideshow by joomlaworks(paid)
4)Vinoara 3D cu3r
5)Autson Skitter Slideshow
