Enter Date in Excel Database

 Hi,

I am using excel as a database and using Adodb Connection to enter details in the database. But when i enter date in the database it takes as string rather then a date. The fomat of the column is date in the database.
 
AdodbRecordset.AddNew
AdodbRecordset![sn] = 1
AdodbRecordset![date_processed] = Date
AdodbRecordset.Update

Try to set format date as 'mm/dd/yyyy' for column date_processed (Database.xls) and change all dates to date format. Please refer to the attachment database.
