The restore outcome is interesting. It could possibly be hardware (thermal and/or memory). More likely, I think, it is probably a virus or malware. <br />

I am able to get into safe mode all the time. &nbsp;I am doing all windows updates and including the optional hardware ones. &nbsp;There was a graphics one in there. &nbsp;Hopefully that will work.

My windows 7 laptop is going to a black screen after windows load bar logo. &nbsp;Just stays on that black screen. &nbsp;I do a system restore and it seems to work for like 1 or two boots and goes back to the black screen. &nbsp;Any ideas?
