How to stop the "beeping" after DELL Poweredge 4600 drive failure / drive replacement?

After a hard drive failure (EOD76) on my Dell poweredge RAID 5, and a successful replacement of the hard drive, I cannot get the beeping to stop on the machine?  Any help would be appreciated!

download open manage server administrator 5.5 managed node
install all features including storage
open OMSA and open storage section, highlight the controller
at the top, click on the hyperlink for information/configuration
scroll down to the controller tasks and silence the controller.

Most likely you have an dell management tool installed.
In this tool you can reset the beeps.

The controller will continue to beep as long as the array is not in an optimal state.
