Error when accessing computer in RWW on Server 2008

It looks like remote access to our server is not working.  Both Laura and I are unable to remote in.  The first problem I see is a "Certificate Error".  It indicates that our security certificate is not valid.  After bypassing that, I get an error message when trying to log on to my computer that says:

"An internal error has occurred (error 50331655).  Please contact your network administrator."

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Make sure your security certificate is not out of date. If it is run the re-issue wizard. Try connecting again.

I have done that and installed it (i think correctly) to my server.  When I try to install it using the EMC Shell, it stays that there is already a certificate with that Thumbprint.
