I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The first thing that comes to mind is "why?". Second thought is that it is better to adjust the client DNS cache settings. You can reduce the amount of time the DNS client caches, or turn it off completely.

Finally, you could run "ipconfig /flushdns" in a login script, but it will fail for Windows 7 users when UAC is enabled. I recommend that you keep UAC on, and fix the issue instead of significantly weakening the security of the workstation.
