setting up BVI on a fortinet 80cm

I am replacing a cisco 1811 device. It is currently running BVI and I am not able to duplicate the setting on my fortinet.

Where can i find the settings to configure BVI on my Fortinet or setup an interface for a simular setup on the vlan.

A BVI interface is a bridged virtual interface, so you should look for settings to bridge two or more NICs on your Fortinet.

This might not be relevant (or even the correct doc) but it might help...

Apologies, I think I mistook what you were asking!

I'm assuming you want to connect two interfaces using the same IP configuration?  If I'm correct you will have had two FastEthernet interfaces configured in a bridge-group on the Cisco router, so you want to do the same on the FortiGate box?

Have a look here...

(dependant on version of box you have)
