Microsoft Outlook 2003 - Short cut to perform a task

I want to be able to click on a CTRL + ALT + something and move the email I am ready to the folder called "General Storage".

Could I also have the option of being able to select the email or emails without opening them and be able to perform the above + mark them read?

Kind regards,
JP

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to create a menu item to move to that folder then assign the keyboard shortcut to that menu item.
Hope this helps.

Weinberk,

Receive many emails per day and manage everything through flags and search folders, but do not know how to do what you mean.

Could you advise?

Kind regards,
